Trade on the International Financial Markets – through the system BenchMark Trader which is offered in white-label partnership with Saxo Bank A/S. The platform is highly recognized, secure, and winner of many international awards. Trade on the International Financial Markets – through the system BenchMark MetaTrader which is offered in white-label partnership with ODL Securities. Investment Banking – structuring and placement of security issues, preparation and organization of M&A and tender offers, etc. BenchMark Fund Estates is a real estate investment trust licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission. The principal objective of the Fund is to structure and manage the funds raised by many individual and portfolio investors into a balanced and diversified real estate portfolio. The Company owns projects in the city of Sofia (Trade and Administrative Building on 124, Rakovski Str. and an Administrative and Trade Center on Tsarigradsko Shousse Blvd.), and an apartment complex in Borovets Resort. BenchMark Asset Management administrates the activity of five mutual funds – BenchMark Fund-1 Stocks and Bonds, BenchMark Fund-3 Sector Real Estates, BenchMark Fund-4 Energy, BenchMark Fund-5 CEE and BenchMark Fund-6 Money Market, and an open-ended investment company BenchMark Fund-2 Stocks.
